How long does it take to set up ZeaHire?

Most enterprise customers go live within 2–4 weeks, depending on integration complexity. Our dedicated implementation team guides you through every step.

Can candidates retake an AI interview?

This is configurable per job role. Administrators can allow or restrict retakes, set a maximum number of attempts, and set cooling-off periods between attempts.

What languages does ZeaHire support?

ZeaHire currently supports English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil, and Arabic. Additional language support is available on request for enterprise plans.

Does ZeaHire work on mobile devices?

Yes. Candidates can complete AI interviews on any modern smartphone or tablet via a responsive web interface. No app download is required.

How are AI interview scores calculated?

Scores are generated by our AI models based on structured criteria including technical knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and role-specific competencies. All scores include a human-readable explanation.

Is candidate data shared between customers?

No. Candidate data is strictly isolated per enterprise customer. Data from one customer's pipeline is never accessible to or shared with another customer.
