Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using ZeaHire. They govern your access to and use of the platform and services provided by Zealogics.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZeaHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of ZeaHire.

2Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not use ZeaHire for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • You may not use automated scraping, bots, or similar tools without written permission.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to ZeaHire without prior written consent.

3Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ZeaHire — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Zealogics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

4Customer Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into ZeaHire, including candidate information and job descriptions. By using the platform, you grant Zealogics a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the services. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents to process candidate data through ZeaHire.

5AI-Generated Outputs

ZeaHire uses artificial intelligence to assist with hiring decisions. AI-generated scores, recommendations, and assessments are provided as tools to support — not replace — human judgment. You acknowledge that all final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of your organisation. Zealogics is not liable for employment decisions made based on platform outputs.

6Prohibited Uses

  • Using ZeaHire to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.
  • Processing data in violation of applicable employment or data protection laws.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any software that could damage the platform.
  • Impersonating another user, organisation, or Zealogics employee.

7Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, ZeaHire is provided 'as is' and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time with reasonable advance notice where possible.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZeaHire. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Zealogics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of material breach, non-payment, or use that poses a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days before deletion.

10Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes. Your continued use of ZeaHire following the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
